As I finish out the 100 days challenge (and probably continue it), I’ve decided to add another challenge in, too.  I was inspired by Jen and Mojamala, who found this on Pinterest.  It’s pretty simple: all of February you do some short ab exercises.  I’m not good at committing to strength training, but this one seemed pretty simple:

Pretty easy, right?  And I could definitely use a little help in getting some ab strength back!
