fABuary

As I finish out the 100 days challenge (and probably continue it), I’ve decided to add another challenge in, too.  I was inspired by Jen and Mojamala, who found this on Pinterest.  It’s pretty simple: all of February you do some short ab exercises.  I’m not good at committing to strength training, but this one seemed pretty simple:

Pretty easy, right?  And I could definitely use a little help in getting some ab strength back!

So, are you in?  Do you want to participate in fABuary, too?

    Count me in! :-) Although I’m seeing those numbers of pushups towards the end and getting a little scared, but might as well give it a try!

    i’m in, a few days late (i started yesterday). i’m starting back to the gym tomorrow morning, too. yay! thanks for the extra nudge, kim!!
